Whilst the big companies managed to cut their costs (it's cheaper to not provide us with proper lids) the prices for the consumer did not drop.  And even worse we now have to buy more humous to keep up with the hastened expiry.

And it doesn't end with humous. Resealable lids  are now being replaced on yoghurts, spreads, and other dips  too. What's next? Oil? Milk bottles? Bleach? 

This needs to stop.
